PRE-TEAM
For those students who show the physical and emotional aptitude necessary to advance towards being a competitive gymnast. The class will focus on routine development on all six competitive events.

TEAM
A continuous, long term program that engages selective students in an organized, intensive training schedule designed to prepare them for successful competitive participation in state, regional and national level gymnastics. Students will train and compete in the Junior Olympic Development programs created by USA Gymnastics. Competitive students are considered for training based on demonstrated interest, desire and ability by both the student and the family.
