Developmental
Accomodates all levels and abilities, focusing on general physical and mental development. We introduce fundamental gymnastics skills, and put more emphasis on flexibility, strength, kinesthetic awareness and basic skill acquisition.
Ages 7 and up.
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm (T~age 7-10, W~age 7+, R~age 10+)
